An Idyllic Family Chateau with 10 Bedrooms and 7 1/2 Bathrooms which can accommodate 20 guests.  Large eat in fully equipped kitchen, 18 meter swimming pool, pool dining,  games room, badminton,  barbecues,  indoor and outdoor dining, petanque pitch, bicycles for rent, DVD library and more.  Set in 27 Hectares of Fields and Woodlands at the Centre of the Forests and Valleys  of  the Correze.

Safety & Supervision

• Fire Extinguishers: There are fire extinguishers throughout all residences. They are clearly visible. All guests should familiarise themselves with the location and operation of the extinguishers. If guests have any questions about the extinguishers, please contact the owner upon arrival.

• Supervision: Children and non-swimmers must always be supervised by an adult when in the pool area.

• Pool Security: The gates surrounding the pool must always be closed and latched when no adult is present. There is no diving or running allowed in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times,

• Windows & Balconies: For the safety of small children, please keep balcony doors and windows with low sills closed at all times!

• Smoking Policy: No cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette, vape, or pipe smoking is permitted inside the residence.

• Barbecue: Guests may use the poolside barbecue. Children must not be permitted near the barbecue when it is in operation. The barbecue must be cleaned and turned off after each use in order to avoid a €50.00 deduction from the security deposit.

• House Rules Bulletin: Copies of the House Rules are posted throughout the residence. Please review upon arrival

No Smoking: There is no cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette, vape, or pipe smoking permitted within the residence.

No Food in the Bedrooms: In order to keep all of our linens tidy and clean, food is not permitted in the bedrooms.

Art & Valuables: There are many artworks and valuable objects in the chateau. These should be admired, but not touched!

Septic System: The Chateau uses a septic system; please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Fireplace: Only the living room fireplace may be used, and only after notifying the owner. Do not attempt to start a fire in the living room fireplace unless the chimney panels have been removed as their will be a risk of fire.

Check-in / Check-out: > Arrival is from 2:00 PM. We kindly ask for departure by 12:00 Noon to allow our staff to prepare the estate for the next guests. 

Septic Care: Only flush toilet paper; other products can cause a €595.00 repair cost.

Heating: Central heating is available for €80.00 per day. This is payable upon arrival.
